It looks like you need to have a few more things in place before you are ready to start your nonprofit.
To be ready to work with us to complete your IRS application for tax-exempt status, you’ll need to be able to answer “Yes” to 3 questions.
- You will have to have a funding source for start-up costs. The total cost including fees is approximately $3,600
- You need to have at least 3 people (including you) to serve on your Board of Directors
- You need to be based in the US, or have someone in the US who can open and manage a bank account for you.
